So, which should you choose?
If you want the most even, all-over coverage with the least effort, a laydown bed is usually the better choice — you simply lie back and let the UV lamps do the work, making it ideal if you’re new to tanning or want a deeper, longer-lasting glow. If you’re short on time, prefer a quicker session, or like the idea of combining your tan with light exercise, a stand-up sunbed is worth trying — you’re in and out faster, and beds like the Tanzi Opal Fitness let you tone while you tan. Neither is “better” outright; it comes down to how you like to spend your session and the results you’re after.
